Temperature Cycle Test | Electrical Testing | Mechanical Testing | Porosity Testing

         We perform rigorous testing in compliance with Indian and international standards on our manufactured insulators to achieve superior quality and consistent performance. There are basically four types of testing:

Temperature Cycle Test :

Dipping of Insulators in hot & cold water with temperature difference of  70oC  to check crazing.

Electrical Testing :

Each insulator is subjected to high voltage test  to ensure its required electrical properties.

Mechanical Testing Machine

Mechanical Testing :

 Insulators are subjected to severe mechanical load to check the required strength as per specification.  

 

Porosity Testing :

Coloured chemical solution under pressure is applied on insulators to ensure that dye penetration does not occur.
